Job summary

Sun Com is seeking a Retail Sales Consultant to exceed monthly sales quotas and deliver high quality customer solutions. You will drive handset and plan sales, follow management benchmarks, and assist new hires while maintaining store standards.

The role requires standing for long periods, adherence to company policies, and reliable transportation for store and off-site meetings. This is a full-time, in-person position with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 days/30 hours per week.
• At least 18 years old and legally able to work in the United States.
• Able to stand for long periods of time.
• Must have reliable transportation to location, training and off-site meetings.

Responsibilities

• Exceed monthly sales quotas and deliver high quality sales.
• Drive sales of handsets, rate plans, features and accessories per management benchmarks.
• Adhere to store policies, paperwork procedures and cash depositing protocols.
• Maintain store appearance and protect company assets.
• Communicate inventory deficiencies to supervisors promptly.
