Job summary

Sun Com is seeking a Retail Sales Consultant in Florida to exceed monthly sales quotas and deliver high quality service. You will drive sales of handsets, plans, and accessories while following company policies and mastering key systems.

The role requires in-person work with a flexible schedule and ongoing training. Essential requirements include at least 18 years old, 4 days/30 hours per week, and reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• High school or equivalent (Preferred).
• Retail sales experience preferred.
• Spanish (Preferred).

Responsibilities

• Exceed monthly sales quotas.
• Deliver complete, high quality sales that exceed the company's benchmark on key metrics.
• Drive sales of handsets, rate plans, features and accessories as guided by management.
• Follow policies and paperwork procedures as outlined in the Handbook and Sun Com documents.
• Master required systems: Aktivate, ADP, Cricket Learning, RQ4, Paycom.
• Maintain store appearance and protect company assets.
