Job summary

T-Mobile is hiring Mobile Associates for store-in-store locations. You will engage customers in a fast-paced retail environment, educate them on the latest T-Mobile solutions, and demonstrate the value of our products and services. You will use digital tools to assist customers and drive satisfaction.

You will complete training on products, processes, and systems, with opportunities to grow within a dynamic team that values service, sales performance, and customer-centric results.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required
• 6 months customer service or sales experience preferred
• Retail environment experience valued

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers in a high-traffic retail setting, educating and showcasing T-Mobile solutions
• Leverage digital self-serve tools during interactions and onboarding to demonstrate value
• Complete training on in-store processes, product knowledge, and system resources; support store operations and asset security
• Build relationships with customers and local leadership to support account setup and device support
