T-Mobile USA, Inc. seeks an energetic Mobile Associate to assist customers with technology and service needs in a fast-paced retail setting.

You will learn product features, demonstrate network options, and guide customers through their shopping journey, delivering personal service and solutions. You'll complete training on retail processes and wireless innovations, collaborate with teammates, and build lasting customer relationships while contributing to a positive shopping experience for all

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 6 months of customer service or sales experience in retail preferred.
• Ability to engage customers and explain technology and service plans.

Responsibilities

• Develop proficiency in customer service and sales to deliver personalized technology and service solutions that meet individual needs
• Utilize digital tools to demonstrate network coverage, service plans, and product features to enhance customer understanding and engagement
• Complete required training to build knowledge of retail processes, systems, and wireless technology innovations
• Collaborate with colleagues across channels to support a seamless customer experience and contribute to team initiatives
• Also responsible for other duties/projects as assigned by business management as needed
