Job summary

Food Management Search is seeking a Route Sales Manager to bring full mobile store capabilities to a defined Ohio territory. You will prospect, sell, and present industrial hardware to customers across multiple sectors with emphasis on meeting sales targets and maintaining data integrity.

You must reside in the assigned territory and be able to operate a mobile store vehicle. A strong tenured background and independent work style are valued, with a high school diploma required.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Outside industrial sales experience preferred.
• Must have a strong tenured background; ideally max 3 companies in past 10 years.
• Proficiency with databases, spreadsheets, email, and common business applications.

Responsibilities

• Prospect & Sell: Develop new sales prospects and make face-to-face calls near existing customers.
• Present Solutions: Demonstrate products using sample boards and your mobile store.
• Manage Operations: Keep mobile store clean and submit daily business reports detailing sales orders and calls.
• Data Integrity: Maintain customer contact information in company software.
