Job summary

H. T. PROF Group seeks a Route Sales Manager to deliver mobile hardware stores directly to customers in a defined territory.

Responsibilities include prospecting, presenting solutions via sample boards and demos, and managing a mobile store's operations and reports. The ideal candidate will live in the territory, own or lease a mobile store vehicle, and maintain a clean driving record. Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent, preferably with outside industrial or route sales

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Outside industrial sales experience preferred.
• Strong tenured background; ideally max 3 companies in past 10 years.
• Proficiency with databases, spreadsheets, email and common business applications.

Responsibilities

• Prospect & Sell: Develop new sales prospects through research, referrals, and calling on businesses near existing customers. Make face-to-face calls on cold and warm sales prospects.
