Job summary

T-Mobile USA, Inc. is seeking a front-line Mobile Associate to assist customers with technology and service needs in a fast-paced retail setting.

The role emphasizes building product knowledge, guiding customers through plans and devices, and delivering friendly service to enhance the shopping experience. Training is provided, with opportunities to grow into higher-level roles and participate in incentives and stock programs.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• At least 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience in a retail environment preferred.
• Ability to work with customers to understand needs and recommend solutions.

Responsibilities

• Develop proficiency in customer service and sales to deliver personalized technology and service solutions that meet individual needs.
• Utilize digital tools to demonstrate network coverage, service plans, and product features to enhance customer understanding and engagement.
• Complete required training to build knowledge of retail processes, systems, and wireless technology innovations.
• Collaborate with colleagues across channels to support a seamless customer experience and contribute to team initiatives.
• Also responsible for other duties/projects as assigned by business management as needed.
