Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience in a retail environment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Proactively engage with customers in a high-traffic retail environment and showcase the value of T-Mobile solutions.
• Educate customers on T-Mobile products and apps, using solution-based selling techniques.
• Complete training on products, processes, and systems; onboard customers and partner with nearby stores.
• Build rapport with customers, drive sales activity, and follow up for referrals and Be-Back opportunities.
• Collaborate with leadership and teams to support the customer experience from account setup to device support.
