T-Mobile in California is hiring a Mobile Associate to join our Retail Team of Experts. You will engage customers, demonstrate the latest technology, and help shoppers advance through their journey in-store or online. This is a learning role with training to prepare you for the Mobile Expert level.

You’ll build product knowledge, work with teammates, and use digital tools to compare plans and devices. The role includes structured training, incentives, and stock grants as part of our One Team

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• At least 6 months in customer service or sales; retail preferred.
• Able to work with peers and store leaders; learn and share ideas.
• Legal to work in the United States; 18+ years old.

Responsibilities

• Help customers pick up right where they left off in-store or online.
• Demonstrate the latest technology in-store with hands-on demos.
• Sell devices, plans, and accessories to tailor solutions for customers.
• Provide service with composure, integrity, and compassion.
