Job summary

Anderson Merchandisers is seeking a Surge Merchandiser to support retail clients by stocking, displaying, and ensuring products are ready for purchase. You will work with store teams to maximize product visibility.

Travel to multiple stores, complete merchandising tasks, and report results using the mobile app. A personal smartphone with a data plan is required. Benefits include flexible hours and competitive pay for both full- and part-time associates.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or merchandising preferred but not required.
• Must have access to a personal smartphone with data plan.
• Ability to travel to store locations within a designated region.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Stock, organize, and display merchandise in assigned stores according to guidelines.
• Communicate with store personnel to ensure displays are in prime condition.
• Complete store visits and report results via mobile app.
• Assist with the setup and execution of promotional displays.
• Provide excellent customer service and represent Anderson Merchandisers professionally.
• Travel to multiple store locations within a region.
• Troubleshoot and resolve product/display issues with store management.
