Job summary

Anderson Merchandisers seeks Surge Merchandisers to support retail clients by ensuring products are well-stocked and properly displayed, and available for purchase. You will collaborate with store teams and travel to locations to complete merchandising tasks during peak periods or urgent needs.

Candidates must have access to a mobile device for assignments and team communication. The role offers flexible hours, competitive pay, and strong benefits for part- or full-time associates.

Qualifications

• Retail or merchandising experience preferred but not required.
• Fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
• Own smartphone with data plan required.
• Good communication and organization skills.
• Willing to travel to multiple store locations.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Eligible to work in the U.S.
• English speaking/writing proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Stock, organize, and display merchandise in stores per guidelines.
• Communicate with store personnel to keep displays prime.
• Complete store visits and projects on time using the mobile app.
• Assist with setup and execution of promotional displays.
• Provide excellent customer service and represent the company professionally.
• Troubleshoot and resolve product or display issues with store management.
• Travel to multiple store locations within a region.
