Job summary

Anderson Merchandisers is seeking a Surge Merchandiser to support retail clients by stocking, displaying, and ensuring products are purchasable across multiple stores. You will travel within a region to complete merchandising tasks, coordinate with store teams, and use a mobile app to report results.

Must have access to a personal smartphone with a data plan, valid driver's license, and be eligible to work in the U.S. The role offers flexible hours and benefits for full- and part-time associates.

Qualifications

• Retail or merchandising experience preferred but not required.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
• Reliable access to a personal smartphone with data plan.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Flexibility to travel to various store locations within a region.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to lift and move products up to 50 lbs.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S.
• Conversational proficiency in English (spoken and written)

Responsibilities

• Stock, organize, and display merchandise in assigned retail stores according to company and client guidelines.
• Communicate with store personnel and supervisors to ensure displays are in prime condition.
• Complete store visits and projects on time and report results using the company's mobile app.
• Assist with the setup and execution of promotional and seasonal displays.
• Provide excellent customer service and represent Anderson Merchandisers in a professional manner.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any product or display issues with store management.
• Travel to multiple store locations as assigned within a specific area or region.
