Job summary

Anderson Merchandisers is seeking a Surge Merchandiser to stock, display, and relocate merchandise in retail stores across the region. You will travel to multiple locations, work with store teams, and use a company mobile app to report results.

A personal smartphone with a data plan is required, and you must be comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment. The position offers flexible hours and benefits for both full- and part-time associates, including health insurance options

Qualifications

• Previous experience in retail/merchandising is preferred but not required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
• Reliable access to a personal smartphone with a data plan.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Flexibility to travel to multiple store locations within a region.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to lift and move products weighing up to 50 lbs.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S.
• Conversational proficiency in English (spoken and written).

Responsibilities

• Stock, organize, and display merchandise in assigned stores according to guidelines.
• Communicate with store personnel to ensure displays are in prime condition.
• Complete store visits and projects on time using the company mobile app.
• Assist with setup and execution of promotional displays.
• Provide excellent customer service and represent the company professionally.
• Troubleshoot and resolve product or display issues with store management.
• Travel to multiple store locations within a designated area.
