Job summary

T-Mobile is seeking Store-in-Store Mobile Associates to be the face of the brand in a warehouse/club kiosk setting. You will educate customers, demonstrate solutions, and help them stay connected while delivering outstanding experiences in a high-traffic environment.

We offer competitive base pay at $19.50/hour plus $5 training pay, with guaranteed earnings of $20/hour including incentives and opportunities for an annual $18,000 incentive target and stock grants.

Qualifications

• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience in retail preferred.
• Must be able to educate customers and communicate clearly.
• Ability to engage with customers in a high-traffic setting and demonstrate products.

Responsibilities

• Proactively engage with customers in a high-traffic retail environment and educate them on solutions.
• Complete training on store-in-store experience, products, processes, and systems.
• Build rapport, drive sales activity, and follow up with customers.
