Job summary

T-Mobile USA, Inc. is hiring Store-in-Store Mobile Associates to greet customers, educate on products, and drive sales in a high-traffic warehouse/club kiosk setting.

You’ll use digital tools, learn the store-in-store experience, and deliver exceptional service in a fast-paced environment. Starting pay is $18.00 per hour with $5.00 per hour training pay, with a path to promotion to Mobile Expert and an annualized incentive target of $18,000.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED (Required)
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, retail environment. (Preferred)

Responsibilities

• Proactively engages with customers in a high-traffic retail environment, educating and showcasing the value of benefits.
• Complete training on the store-in-store experience, products, processes, and systems knowledge; participate in skills sharing.
• Build rapport with customers, attract referrals, and drive sales activity while maintaining excellent service.
