T-Mobile is hiring Store-in-Store Mobile Associates to be the face of our warehouse/club kiosk, delivering energy, product knowledge and exceptional customer service in a high-traffic retail setting. You will complete training on store-in-store processes, learn products, and help customers stay connected, with opportunities to grow into Mobile Expert and participate in incentive programs.

Requirements include a high school diploma and at least 6 months of customer service or sales experience;

Qualificações

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience in retail preferred.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsabilidades

• Proactively engages with customers in a high-traffic retail environment and showcases the value of T-Mobile's benefits.
• Complete training on the store-in-store experience, new skills, products, and processes; continuously learn and improve your skills.
• Build rapport with customers, drive sales activity, follow up, and handle referrals to grow customer connections.
