Job summary

Marketsource is seeking a Recall Repair Specialist to travel within the assigned area, educating vehicle owners on open recalls and obtaining authorization for on-site repairs. You will perform intermediate recall repairs, with training provided, and support customers through the process in a fast-paced field environment.

Ideal candidates have 1–3+ years in customer service or sales, basic mechanical/tool knowledge, and the ability to work independently, weekend shifts, and some travel.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• 1–3+ years of customer service or sales experience.
• Light mechanical or tool knowledge.
• Ability to complete required mobile repairs certifications.
• Capacity to work independently and weekends/travel as needed.
• Excellent communication and follow-up skills.
• Physical ability to enter/exit vehicles and lift up to 20 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Out in the field, connecting with vehicle owners face-to-face.
• Explain why recall repairs matter and obtain authorization.
• Perform mobile recall repairs per manufacturer guidelines.
• Answer questions and handle objections confidently.
• Document repairs, parts usage, and outcomes in systems.
• Work independently while meeting goals and making an impact.
