Job summary

Stratix Corporation seeks a Mobile Integration Center (MIC) QC Manager to own quality policies and drive a 99%+ score. You will ensure compliance with customer requirements and align MIC procedures with production needs.

You will lead MIC audits, analyze quality data, guide the team, and collaborate with Staging to improve workflows. The role requires strong Excel/Power BI skills, leadership, and a track record of process improvement in fast-paced environments.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in operations with 2–3 years in supervision/management.
• Minimum 3 years in a Quality Control role with data-driven improvements.
• Experience with mobile device hardware, peripherals, and connectivity.
• Proven ability to lead high-performing teams in fast-paced environments.
• Strong leadership, coaching and development skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication across levels.
• Advanced Excel skills; experience with Power BI/Power Query preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage MIC Audit, MIC Tech Support and First Article Review processes.
• Improve production processes to raise quality levels.
• Lead First Article reviews and approvals for new projects.
• Provide leadership and accountability within the MIC team.
• Prepare reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing data.
• Communicate issue summaries to managers and drive solutions.
• Analyze quality metrics, identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain floor presence and guide MIC processes operationally.
• Collaborate with MIC managers to address challenges quickly.
• Develop and coach MIC staff to foster continuous improvement.
