Zusammenfassung

Microchip Technology, Inc. is seeking a Quality Manager to provide leadership for QA teams supporting site, customer and manufacturing operations. The role ensures compliance with ISO9001/AS9100 and MIL-PRF 38535, while driving quality initiatives and process improvements.

You will coordinate audits, CAPA, and supplier qualifications, mentor personnel, and support continuous improvement efforts across the organization. Significant cross-functional collaboration and travel (25–50%) are involved.

Qualifikationen

• US citizenship or eligibility under export controls is required.
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or 10+ years equivalent experience in manufacturing/quality.
• 7+ years of quality engineering experience in a manufacturing environment.
• 3+ years of supervising experience.
• Experience applying Six Sigma and 8D methodologies to root cause and CAPA.
• Experience maintaining ISO9001/AS9100 and supplier qualification.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to work independently.

Aufgaben

• Lead QA teams supporting site, customer and manufacturing operations.
• Maintain ISO9001, AS9100 certifications and MIL-PRF 38535 alignment.
• Manage customer and supplier audits and CAPA processes.
• Oversee MRB, nonconforming material handling and supplier qualifications.
• Coordinate process engineering and training for quality initiatives.
• Drive continual improvement across quality and manufacturing functions.
