Job summary

Micron Technology, Inc. seeks a Senior/Staff Engineer in CPQE Deviation Management to lead global deviation initiatives across the frontend manufacturing network.

You will drive robust processes, standardize practices, and guide data-driven actions to improve fab performance. The role requires strong root-cause analysis, quality systems expertise, and proven leadership in a fast-paced, international environment.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in yield improvement and deviation management within semiconductor manufacturing.
• Strong expertise in root cause analysis, corrective action implementation, and quality systems.
• Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in data analysis tools and methodologies.
• Demonstrated leadership and cross-functional collaboration abilities in a global environment.
• Excellent communication skills to influence and align diverse collaborators.

Responsibilities

• Lead global quality initiatives to build, implement, and sustain robust deviation management processes and systems.
• Drive the Issue Tracker SWAT team, deploying BKMs and standardizing practices across sites.
• Analyze and resolve minor deviations with data-driven recommendations to improve fab performance.
• Drive quality improvement efforts, resolving non-conformances and implementing corrective and preventive steps.
• Continuously improve quality metrics such as CoNC and %NCD through innovative solutions.
• Form and lead cross-functional task forces to address quality health concerns and improve metric performance.
• Drive AI-powered project solutions to optimize efficiency and problem resolution.
• Set up key quality programs from planning through deployment in the Fab4 engineering line.
• Collaborate with global teams to balance quality, cost, and output.
