Job summary

MOBIS Corporate Center America is seeking a senior Quality leader to oversee plant-wide QA/QC, APQP, and process improvements in Georgia. The role focuses on implementing customer-driven quality initiatives, leading cross-functional teams, and ensuring alignment with the company’s strategic plan.

The successful candidate will coordinate with OEMs and Tier 1 suppliers, manage quality costs, and drive continuous improvement across CS/RS, recalls, and service actions.

Qualifications

• Experience in automotive QA and QC leadership roles.
• Strong communication and analytical abilities are required.
• Experience coordinating with OEMs and Tier 1 suppliers is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide training and guidance to QC and QA teams; align goals with department heads.
• Ensure the voice of the customer is reflected in processes across the organization.
• Interact with senior OEM management to translate expectations into actionable QC/QA activities.
• Lead QA and QC activities across MOBIS Georgia plant and ensure timely project execution.
• Drive improvements and sustainment of quality initiatives within the organization.
