Job summary

Stratix Corporation is seeking a Mobile Integration Center (MIC) Team Lead in Norcross, GA. You will provide strategic and operational leadership to the MIC department, ensuring safe, accurate, and efficient delivery of services while aligning with company policies and goals.

You will mentor MIC staff, drive performance, oversee staffing and training, and partner with senior leadership on capacity planning and process improvements to meet SLAs and business objectives.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in warehouse or MIC operations or similar, with supervisory experience.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and team development abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; capable of influencing at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Owns and drives MIC operational success, ensuring safe, efficient execution.
• Develops and implements policies and best practices aligned with company goals.
• Leads MIC team members and collaborates cross-functionally with Supply Chain, HR, and Customer Success.
• Oversees performance management, coaching, and development to foster continuous improvement.
