Job summary

Powerback Rehabilitation to You seeks a Speech Language Pathologist to deliver in-home outpatient therapy for older adults, assessing and treating communication and swallowing disorders in patients’ homes or living facilities.

You’ll work with a flexible schedule and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, supervising CFYs and students while ensuring high-quality, compassionate care across diverse settings.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid Speech Language Pathologist license in the state(s) of practice.
• Must have a valid driver's license or reliable transportation to patients' residences.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient rehabilitation services in home or facility settings as appropriate.
• Supervise CFYs, students, and support personnel per licensure requirements.
• Coordinate care with rehabilitation team and physician to select best therapeutic plan.
• Assess and treat cognitive-communication, swallowing, and speech-language disorders in the home.
