InstaSwim is a national private mobile swim lesson company. We hire professional instructors to teach private lessons in clients' homes and community pools across the US. You set your own schedule and we pay within 24 hours after each lesson.

Travel is local and fully supported by InstaSwim, with insurance coverage included. Requirements include at least 2 years of swim instruction experience, 18+, CPR and First Aid (or willingness to obtain), reliable transportation, and US work authorization.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of swim instruction experience.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• CPR and First Aid certifications (or willingness to obtain).
• Reliable transportation to client locations.
• Based in the US with valid work authorization.

Responsibilities

• Conduct private (1-1) and small group swim lessons.
• Schedule lessons with flexibility.
• Travel locally to clients' pool locations.
• Create personalized lesson plans for each student.
• Assess progress and adapt lessons to needs.
• Provide a fun, safe learning experience for students.
