Job summary

InstaSwim is hiring professional private swim instructors to teach lessons in clients' homes and community pools across the US. You set your own schedule and get paid within 24 hours after each lesson.

You’ll travel locally to client pool locations and receive insurance coverage as part of InstaSwim’s policy. Requirements include at least 2 years of swim instruction, 18+ years old, CPR/First Aid cert (or willingness to obtain), and US work authorization.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of swim instruction experience.
• Must be 18 years or older with US work authorization.
• CPR and First Aid certifications (or willingness to obtain).

Responsibilities

• Conduct private (1-1) and small group swim lessons.
• Schedule swim lessons with flexibility.
• Travel safely to and from clients' pool locations.
• Create custom lesson plans tailored to each student's ability and learning style.
• Assess student's skills, monitor progress and adapt lessons to meet needs.
• Provide a fun, full and tracked learning experience for students and clients.
• Ensure safety of the student at all times.
