Job summary

InstaSwim is hiring professional, experienced private swim instructors to teach lessons in clients' homes and community pools across the US. You set your schedule and can choose which clients to work with, with payments processed within 24 hours after each lesson.

We supply the clients and provide support; instructors are responsible for safety, lesson planning, and delivering engaging instruction. Must have 2+ years of teaching, CPR/First Aid, and US work authorization.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of swim instruction experience.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• CPR and First Aid certifications (or willingness to obtain).
• Reliable transportation.
• Must be based in the US and have US work authorization.
• Professional and positive attitude, especially when working with children and adults.
• Confidence in creating and delivering personalized lesson plans.
• Background check clearance.

Responsibilities

• Conduct private (1-1) and small group swim lessons.
• Schedule swim lessons with flexibility.
• Travel safely to and from clients' pool locations.
• Create custom lesson plans tailored to each student's ability and learning style.
• Assess student's skills, monitor progress and adapt lessons to meet needs.
• Provide a fun, full and tracked learning experience for our students and clients.
• Ensure safety of the student at all times.
