InstaSwim is hiring professional and experienced private swim instructors to teach lessons in clients' homes and community pools within your area. We supply clients, you set your own schedule, and you can get paid within 24 hours after each lesson.

As a national mobile swim lesson company, InstaSwim offers flexible local travel, liability coverage, and regular client matches. Requirements include 2 years of instruction, CPR/First Aid, US work authorization, and a reliable vehicle.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of swim instruction experience.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• CPR and First Aid certifications (or willingness to obtain).
• Reliable transportation.
• Based in the US and have US work authorization.
• A professional and positive attitude, especially with children and adults.
• Confidence in creating and delivering personalized lesson plans.
• Clear a background check.

Responsibilities

• Conduct private (1-1) and small group swim lessons.
• Schedule swim lessons with flexibility.
• Travel safely to and from clients pool locations.
• Create custom lesson plans tailored to each student's ability and learning style.
• Assess student's skills, monitor student's progress and adapt lessons to meet student's & clients needs.
• Provide a fun, full and tracked learning experience for our students & clients.
• Ensure safety of the student at all times.
