Job summary

InstaSwim hires professional private swim instructors to teach lessons in clients' homes and community pools across the US. You set your own schedule and are paid within 24 hours after each lesson, with insurance coverage included.

Travel locally, select preferred clients, and start quickly after onboarding. Requirements include at least 2 years of swim instruction, 18+, CPR/First Aid (or willingness to obtain), reliable transportation, and US work authorization.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of swim instruction experience.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• CPR and First Aid certifications (or willingness to obtain).
• Reliable transportation.
• US work authorization.

Responsibilities

• Conduct private (1-1) and small group swim lessons.
• Schedule swim lessons with flexibility.
• Travel safely to and from clients pool locations.
• Create custom lesson plans tailored to each student's ability and learning style.
• Assess student's skills, monitor progress and adapt lessons accordingly.
• Provide a fun, full and tracked learning experience for students and clients.
• Ensure safety of the student at all times.
