Job summary

InstaSwim is hiring professional private swim instructors to teach lessons in clients' homes and community pools across the United States. You set your own schedule and travel locally.

We supply the clients and offer payments within 24 hours after each lesson, plus insurance coverage and a background check funded by InstaSwim. You’ll create personalized lesson plans, ensure safety, and track each student’s progress.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of swim instruction experience.
• Must be 18+ years old.
• CPR and First Aid certifications (or willingness to obtain).
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel to clients' pools.
• Based in the US with US work authorization.
• Professional attitude when working with children and adults.
• Ability to create and deliver personalized lesson plans.
• Able to pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Conduct private and small group swim lessons.
• Schedule lessons with flexibility.
