Job summary

Ennoble Care is seeking an experienced Full-time Provider (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) to deliver primary and palliative care to patients in the Mobile, AL region. You will work under a physician, perform exams, and manage chronic conditions for a diverse patient panel.

Qualifications

• Board Certified NP or PA in Alabama.
• 1–2 years of primary care experience with geriatric patients.
• Hospice experience is highly preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide primary and palliative care to patients in Mobile, AL area.
• Conduct physical exams and develop care plans.
• Communicate with clinical operations across platforms.
• Attend quarterly medical staff meetings.
• Order diagnostics and prescribe medications as needed.
