Job summary

Ennoble Care is seeking an experienced Advanced Provider (NP or PA) to deliver primary care in facilities around Fort Smith, AR on a full-time basis. You will apply medical techniques under physician supervision and care for patients with chronic diseases, including geriatric populations.

The role requires board certification in Arkansas, strong clinical skills, and the ability to work independently with a patient-centered approach, accepting a flexible schedule in a fast-paced mobile care

Qualifications

• Board-certified NP or PA licensed in Arkansas.
• Strong clinical skills with the ability to assess, diagnose and treat.
• Positive demeanor with solid people skills.
• Ability to problem-solve and work independently.
• 1–2 years of primary care experience with geriatric patients (hospice experience preferred).

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality primary care to patients in Fort Smith, AR and surrounding areas.
• Perform physical exams, collect histories, and develop care plans.
• Communicate effectively with office staff and clinical teams across platforms.
• Deliver patient-centered care to a panel of individuals with chronic conditions.
• Form impressions, diagnoses, and treatment plans; adjust as needed.
• Consult with patients and families to foster trust; coordinate care.
