Ennoble Care is seeking a full-time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to provide primary and palliative care in the Niceville, FL region. You will perform exams, update histories, and create care plans while collaborating with a physician and interdisciplinary teams to improve patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Board certified with valid NP or PA certification in Florida.
• Strong clinical skills to accurately treat, assess, and diagnose.
• Ability to problem-solve and operate independently.
• 1–2 years of primary care experience with geriatric patients.

Responsibilities

• Provide high quality primary and palliative care to patients in Niceville, FL.
• Conduct physical exams, review histories, and plan care.
• Communicate across internal platforms with staff.
• Deliver patient-centered care and manage a patient panel.
• Attend quarterly medical staff meetings.
• Develop impressions, diagnoses, and treatment plans.
• Consult with patients and families; order necessary tests.
• Prescribe medications and appropriate interventions.
