Job summary
OnSite Medical House Calls LLC is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to join our growing team. The NP will travel to provide primary care to home-bound patients in Anne Arundel and Prince George's counties, delivering comprehensive care and managing acute or chronic conditions.
Required qualifications include an active NP license in the state, board certification (AANP/ANCC as ANP/AGNP/FNP), current BLS, CDS, DEA, and at least 12 months of NP experience. Home health/house call experience is a plus.
Qualifications
- Active State NP license required.
- Board-certified as ANP, AGNP, or FNP (AANP/ANCC).
- Current BLS certification.
- Active CDS license.
- Active DEA license.
- 12 months experience as an NP.
- Prior Home Health/house call experience is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive primary care to home-bound patients.
- Diagnose and treat acute or chronic health conditions.
- Travel to patients' homes serving Anne Arundel and Prince George's counties.
