Qualifications

• Must hold a valid Physical Therapist Assistant license/eligibility.
• Must have a valid driver's license or reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Attends and contributes to patient care under the supervision of the Physical Therapist.
• Adheres to treatment schedules and documents clinical and billing activities.
• Collaborates with rehab team to implement patient programs.
• Assists PT during tests, evaluations, and complex procedures.
• Instructs patients and caregivers in therapy techniques under supervision.
• Maintains timely documentation for patients.
• Maintains and reports equipment condition and needs.
• Prioritizes patient service and compassionate care.
• Implements individualized PT treatment plans.
• Provides therapies including exercises, gait training, manual therapy, and health education.
