Job summary
Powerback Rehabilitation is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to deliver outpatient rehabilitation services in home-based settings for older adults in the Myrtle Beach area. You will evaluate patients, design treatment plans, and work with a multidisciplinary team to restore function and independence.
A flexible schedule and focus on patient-centered care are emphasized, with opportunities to advance clinically and professionally.
Qualifications
- Must have a valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice.
- Master's degree in Physical Therapy or equivalent.
- Driver's license or reliable transportation to and from patients' homes.
Responsibilities
- Provide outpatient physical therapy in home-based settings for older adults.
- Assess, diagnose, and plan care; coordinate with rehab team to optimize outcomes.
- Supervise PT assistants, temporary licensees, students as applicable.
- Ensure safe environment and maintain timely documentation and billing records.
- Order supplies and equipment as needed and maintain devices and tools.
- Instruct and educate patients and caregivers to promote independence.
