Job summary

Rehab Without Walls Neuro Rehabilitation, affiliated with BrightSpring Health Services, is seeking a PRN Physical Therapist to provide functional rehabilitation in home, school, workplace, and community settings in Las Vegas, NV. The role emphasizes autonomous work within a collaborative team of therapists, offering a flexible schedule and hourly compensation.

The position requires a valid PT license, BLS/CPR, and a commitment to delivering client-centered care across real-life environments.

Qualifications

• Minimum of bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current, unrestricted Physical Therapist license in the practicing state.
• Current Basic Life Support or CPR certification as required by state regulations.
• At least one year of work experience as a physical therapist preferred.
• Knowledge of rehabilitation techniques related to neurological injuries.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds; may lift up to 100 pounds following safety procedures.
• Duties require standing/walking for extended periods and other physical requirements.

Responsibilities

• Perform evaluations and develop treatment plans.
• Regularly re-assess effectiveness of treatment plans and attend staffing meetings and family conferences.
• Perform discharge evaluations and provide home and community safety recommendations.
• Communicate patient's needs and progress to the treatment team, physician, patient and family.
• Collaborates with other disciplines to ensure coordination of care and improve patient outcomes.
