Rehab Without Walls Neuro Rehabilitation in Buford, GA is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist for PRN work delivering functional rehabilitation in home and community settings—from kitchens to workplaces and outdoor spaces. You will work autonomously within a collaborative team, evaluate and treat clients, and help them achieve independence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current, unrestricted PT license in the practicing state.
• CPR certification as per state requirements.
• At least one year of PT experience preferred.
• Ability to work in home and community environments.

Responsabilités

• Perform evaluations and develop treatment plans.
• Reassess progress and participate in family conferences.
• Discharge planning and home safety recommendations.
• Communicate progress to care team and family.
