ImpactLife is hiring a charged leadership role to oversee blood collection operations, supervise staff, and ensure donor care across drives or collection centers. You will handle donor registration, screening, physicals, and phlebotomy, and may drive our fleet vehicles as needed.

The position involves full-time hours with varied shifts, including days, evenings, and weekends, and requires strong people management, healthcare awareness, and adherence to SOPs.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience.
• Previous lead, supervisory, or management experience.
• Strong leadership skills.
• Enjoy working with the public.
• Have a good, stable work history.
• Understand the importance of following standard operating procedures.
• Healthcare experience is a plus.
• Be able to train away from home for up to two weeks at a time.
• Be able to work a varied schedule including days, evenings, and weekends.
• Possess a valid driver's license in the state in which you reside and be insurable by our insurance carrier.
• Hold or be able to obtain a DOT Medical Certification Physical card.
• Pre-employment background check, drug screen, and motor vehicle report are required.
