Job summary

ImpactLife in Illinois is seeking a committed individual to lead blood collection operations, supervise staff at a drive or collection center, and ensure donor care and process integrity.

This full-time role is 30–39 hours per week with varied days, evenings, and weekends; a valid driver’s license, DOT medical certification readiness, and pre-employment checks required; travel may be needed.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience.
• Previous lead, supervisory, or management experience
• Strong leadership skills
• Enjoy working with the public
• Have a good, stable work history
• Understand the importance of following standard operating procedures
• Healthcare experience is a plus
• Be able to train away from home for up to two weeks at a time
• Be able to work a varied schedule including days, evenings, and weekends
• Possess a valid driver's license in the state in which you reside and be insurable by our insurance carrier
• Must have REAL ID
• Hold or be able to obtain a DOT Medical Certification Physical card
• Pre-employment background check, drug screen, and motor vehicle report are required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee blood collection operations and staff at the drive or collection center.
• Ensure donor care and the integrity of the donation process.
• Perform donor registration, screening, physicals, and phlebotomy tasks; drive fleet vehicles when needed.
