Job summary

ImpactLife is seeking a dedicated supervisor to oversee blood collection operations, donor care, and staff coordination at our Missouri centers. This full-time role involves supervising the team, ensuring SOPs, and maintaining quality in the donation process.

Qualifications

• Customer service and leadership experience required.
• Experience supervising staff in a healthcare or donor center setting.
• Ability to follow SOPs and maintain donor safety quality.

Responsibilities

• Oversee blood collection operations and donor care.
• Supervise assigned staff and ensure adherence to SOPs.
• Coordinate donor registration, screening, and phlebotomy as needed.
• May drive fleet vehicles for blood drives when required.
