ImpactLife is hiring for a full-time role focused on leading blood collection operations and donor care. You will supervise staff, coordinate the donation process from registration through phlebotomy, and ensure adherence to safety protocols. Occasional driving of fleet vehicles is required.

The role demands strong customer service, leadership, and flexibility to work a varied schedule including days, evenings, and weekends to meet community needs.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience required.
• Prior lead, supervisory, or management experience.
• Strong leadership skills and teamwork.
• Enjoy working with the public and maintaining professionalism.
• Stable work history with reliability.
• Ability to follow standard operating procedures.
• Healthcare experience a plus.
• Willingness to train away from home for up to two weeks.
• Flexible schedule including days, evenings and weekends.
• Valid driver's license and insurability.
• REAL ID required.
• DOT Medical Certification/Physical card preferred.
• Pre-employment background check, drug screen, and MVR required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee blood collection operations and ensure smooth collections.
• Supervise assigned staff and provide leadership
• Perform donation process steps: donor registration, screening, and phlebotomy.
• Provide donor care and maintain safety and quality standards.
• Occasionally drive fleet vehicles (box trucks) as needed.
