ImpactLife is seeking a compassionate and experienced leader to oversee blood collection operations at our Peoria center. The role involves supervising staff, guiding donor care, and managing the registration, screening, and phlebotomy process to ensure smooth collections.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience required.
• Previous lead or management experience preferred.
• Strong leadership skills.
• Ability to train away from home for up to two weeks.
• Flexible schedule including days, evenings and weekends.
• Valid driver’s license and insurable.
• REAL ID required.
• DOT Medical Certification or ability to obtain.
• Background check, drug screen and motor vehicle report required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee blood collection operations at the assigned center.
• Supervise staff and coordinate donor registration, screening, and phlebotomy.
• Ensure donor care and smooth collection processes.
• May drive fleet vehicles when needed, including box trucks.
