Job summary

Versiti, Inc. seeks a Donor Box Truck Driver who will perform phlebotomy collection, support mobile donor sites, and uphold safety and customer service standards. You will operate box trucks, assist donors, and coordinate with staff to ensure a positive donation experience.

Responsibilities include setting up collection sites, screening donors, and maintaining equipment while following DOT guidelines. Availability includes early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• GED required.
• 1-3 years relevant people facing experience preferred.
• Less than 1 year job-related experience required.

Responsibilities

• Follows DOT guidelines when operating full-size commercial van/Promaster/box truck and safely transports staff, supplies, and equipment.
• Prepares collection site and performs setup, including technology systems.
• Performs donor screening, mini-physical, and phlebotomy.
• Provides a consistently positive donor experience and handles inquiries professionally.
• May conduct automation (Alyx/Trima) and recruit donors for automation.
• Rebooks donors for future donation appointments.
