Labcorp is seeking a Phlebotomist to join our team across the Suwanee and Alpharetta, GA area. The schedule includes alternating weeks with early morning shifts and occasional Saturday work.

Responsibilities include venipuncture, specimen collection, data entry, and travel to additional sites as needed. Minimum qualifications require a high school diploma or GED, phlebotomy certification or completed training, and 2+ years of phlebotomy experience.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent is required.
• Phlebotomy certification or completed training program from an accredited agency is required.
• 2 years or more experience as a phlebotomist preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Perform blood collections by venipuncture and capillary techniques for all age groups.
• Collect specimens for drug screens, paternity tests, alcohol tests etc.
• Perform data entry of patient information in an accurate and timely manner.
• Process billing information and collect payments as necessary.
• Prepare all collected specimens for testing and analysis.
• Maintain patient and specimen information logs.
• Provide superior customer service to all patients.
• Administrative and clerical duties as necessary.
• Travel to additional sites when needed.
