Job summary

Talentify is seeking a Mobile Phlebotomist to travel to client facilities, mainly nursing homes, to collect blood samples with careful labeling and timely delivery. You will work under supervision to ensure specimen integrity and patient comfort on each route.

The role requires accurate patient identification, strict adherence to universal precautions, and responsible equipment handling. A valid state phlebotomy license and a reliable vehicle are essential assets for this position.

Qualifications

High School diploma required.
Must hold a current, valid State phlebotomy license (if required).
Must have a current, valid State Driver’s license with valid insurance.

Responsibilities

Drive to client facilities, unload phlebotomy tray and collect samples at patient bedside.
Identify patients accurately before collecting specimens and ensure proper labeling.
Process, preserve, and deliver specimens according to procedures.
Reload equipment and manage supplies; monitor inventory and report shortages.
Maintain clean work area and follow universal precautions at all times.
Communicate status to dispatcher and document records per instructions.
