Job summary

Getlabs, Inc. is seeking a Full Time Mobile Phlebotomist to visit patients at home or in offices, perform blood collection, and transport specimens to labs using your own vehicle.

You will work Monday through Friday, 5am–2pm, with a focus on friendly, empathetic patient care, excellent communication, and reliable transportation. Vaccination for Covid-19 is required. We offer a competitive hourly rate, mileage reimbursement, and a supportive team culture.

Qualifications

• Phlebotomy certification from an accredited agency.
• 1 year of phlebotomy experience (mobile phlebotomy experience preferred).
• Experience processing samples.
• Certification from a national agency such as AMT, ASCP, or NCCT.
• Proven track record in providing exceptional customer service.
• Strong communication skills; both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently or in a team environment under minimal supervision.
• Reliable transportation and clean driving record.
• Proof of first shot of Covid-19 Vaccine by 30 days of employment.
• Bonus Qualifications: Fluent in Spanish

Responsibilities

• Visit patients in their home or office, drive to and from appointments in your own vehicle, and process specimens as needed.
• Follow safe and accurate blood collection procedures.

• Maintain close communication with operations and patient experience teams during business hours
