Job summary

Getlabs is seeking a PRN Mobile Phlebotomist to join a fast-growing startup delivering at-home diagnostics. You will visit patients at home or in-office, perform blood draws with rigorous safety standards, and ensure high-quality sample processing.

A strong patient-first mindset and reliable transportation are essential. This role offers flexible PRN hours, typically 5am–1pm when shifts arise, with up to 29 hours per week.

Qualifications

• Phlebotomy certification from an accredited agency.
• 1 year of phlebotomy experience; mobile preferred.
• Experience processing samples.
• Certification from national agency such as AMT, ASCP, or NCCT.
• Proven track record in providing exceptional customer service.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently or in a team with minimal supervision.
• Reliable transportation and clean driving record.
• Proof of first shot of Covid-19 vaccine within 30 days of employment.
• Bonus: Fluent in Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Visit patients in their home or office for blood collection.
• Follow safe, accurate blood collection and processing procedures.
• Adapt quickly in a high-growth environment.
• Maintain close communication with operations and patient experience teams during business hours.
• Confirm availability to leaders each Friday for the upcoming week.
• Respond to scheduling needs with shifts that fit availability.
• Be available a minimum of three days per week during 5am–1pm window, Monday to Friday.
