Job summary

Getlabs is seeking a Mobile Phlebotomist for full-time work, primarily visiting patients at home or office to collect samples. The role requires calm, compassionate service and strict adherence to safety protocols. Shifts are Mon-Fri, 5am-2pm, with a strong emphasis on patient experience.

Requirements include phlebotomy certification, 1 year of experience (mobile preferred), and the ability to drive early morning routes. Candidates with Spanish language skills are a bonus.

Qualifications

• Phlebotomy certification from an accredited agency.
• 1 year of phlebotomy experience (mobile phlebotomy experience preferred).
• Certification from a national agency such as AMT, ASCP, or NCCT.
• Proven track record in providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Visit patients in their home or office, drive to and from appointments.
• Follow safe and accurate blood collection procedures and processing of specimens.
• Ability to adapt in a rapid high-growth environment.
• Maintain close communication with the operations and patient experience team during business hours.
