Job summary

Getlabs is seeking a Mobile Phlebotomist to join a fast-growing startup delivering at-home diagnostics. You will travel to patients’ homes or offices, perform safe blood collection, and ensure accurate sample handling in a high-demand environment.

The role requires a phlebotomy certification, 1 year of experience, and reliable transportation. You will work a 5-day FT shift with early starts and a strong emphasis on patient experience and empathy.

Qualifications

• Phlebotomy certification from an accredited agency.
• 1 year of phlebotomy experience (mobile preferred).
• Experience processing samples.
• Certification from AMT/ASCP/NCCT preferred.
• Proven track record in customer service.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to start as early as 5am.
• Ability to access patients' homes (stairs, lifting, kneeling).
• Reliable transportation and clean driving record.
• Vaccination against Covid-19 as of start date.
• Spanish language skills bonus.
