Job summary

Getlabs is seeking a PRN mobile phlebotomist to visit patients at their home or office, collect specimens, and ensure safe handling and accurate processing. This role requires phlebotomy certification, 1 year of experience, and reliable transportation. You will work in a fast-growing startup that values compassionate patient care and excellent service.

W2 employment at $24-$26/hr with shifts available on a flexible, as-needed basis. Fluency in Spanish is a bonus.

Qualifications

• Phlebotomy certification from an accredited agency.
• 1 year of phlebotomy experience (mobile phlebotomy preferred).
• Experience processing samples.
• Certification from a national agency such as AMT/ASCP/NCCT.

Responsibilities

• Visit patients in their home or office, drive to and from appointments in your own vehicle.
• Follow safe and accurate blood collection procedures with high accuracy.
• Adapt in a rapid high-growth environment.
• Maintain close communication with operations and patient experience teams during business hours.
• Availability confirmed weekly for upcoming shifts and flexible scheduling as needed.
